Meet Our Team

Elisa is the daughter of Justin and Alison Webb. Taylor County has always been her hometown. Perry is where she was raised, attended school, met, and fell in love with her husband of 12 years, Caleb Murphy. They have two beautiful girls, Amelia (8) and Lainey (5). She loves to spend time with family, travel, be receptive to new experiences, and grasp new concepts.

Elisa received her registered nursing degree from FAMU in 2014. Her nursing career allowed her to gain experience and expand her knowledge in several areas of healthcare, including medical-surgical, ICU, and the ER. Elisa's career path led her to Walden University where she earned a degree as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in family medicine.

Elisa's desire to serve her hometown and provide quality care to the families of this and surrounding communities led her to join our Premier family shortly after graduating in 2022. Her warm heart, compassion for others, and medical knowledge have been a blessing to our clinic and the community we serve.

Kathryn "Kate" Brooks is a lifelong resident of Taylor County.

She is the daughter of Robbie and Cathy Jenkins. Kate has been married to Jordan Brooks for 14 years, and they have two amazing children together, Kendall (8) and Mason (6). Kate loves to spend time with family, chasing after her kids and their various hobbies and interests. She also enjoys going to church, singing with the praise team, working out, and going to the beach.

Kate graduated from Florida State University in 2011 with her registered nursing degree. Her nursing career has allowed her to gain experience and knowledge in many areas of healthcare. Kate has been a member of the operating room team at DMH and Red Hills Surgical Center. She has also worked as the nursing supervisor for our local school health clinics. After graduating from the University of West Florida in 2024 with her Advanced Practice Registered Nursing degree, Kate joined our Premier Medical Pediatrics Clinic family!

Kate says working at Premier Medical Pediatrics Clinic has allowed her to combine her medical field knowledge, compassionate heart, and desire to care for others into an outlet to give back to the wonderful community that has given her so much over the years. Our patients have been blessed with another excellent provider on our team!

Sarah Cayson was born and raised in Winter Haven, FL. She moved to Perry, FL in 2013 with her husband of 20 years, Shaun Cayson. Together, they have three boys, Tegan (15) and Jacob (21), stepson Dylan (32), and six grandchildren.

Sarah started her nursing career as a licensed practical nurse in 2003. In 2008, she received her registered nursing degree. Sarah didn't stop there. In 2017, she got her BSN, and in 2021, she received her MSN Nurse Educator degree. She later attended Chamberlain College of Nursing and graduated with her Advanced Practice Registered Nursing degree in 2024.

Sarah's nursing career has led her down many paths. From 2003 to 2013, she worked at Lakeland Regional Health Pediatric ER. Since 2013, she has worked as a PRN nurse at Doctors' Memorial Hospital. From 2014 to 2021, Sarah was a nursing instructor at Big Bend Technical College. We are very excited to have all her experience and knowledge at Premier Medical Pediatrics Clinic and Premier Medical Clinic since joining our family earlier this year.

Sarah feels that her career provides her with no better satisfaction than helping someone in their time of need or helping them reach their goals. Working at both clinics allows her to give back and help people in her community.
